Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using the Gravity Realms website, accounts and browser worlds. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Contact support@GravityRealms.com with questions about your account, these terms or content on the service.

Your Account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell Support if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your permissions or evade account restrictions.

Community Code of Conduct

You must comply with the Gravity Realms Community Code of Conduct, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. The Code applies to your behavior and all content you create, upload, display, or share through the service. Violations may result in content removal, restrictions, suspension, or termination as described in the Code.

Sharing a World

Treat other travelers respectfully. Do not threaten, harass, exploit or expose someone’s private information. Do not distribute unlawful content, spam or malicious software, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or bypass moderation controls. Follow the additional rules of communities you visit.

Respect people’s privacy and their rights in conversations and creations. Obtain any permission required before recording or sharing another person’s voice, messages or content. Do not assume that a world or private message prevents recipients from saving or sharing what they receive.

Your Contributions

Only submit content that you have the right to share. You retain the rights you hold in your contributions. By submitting a profile, message or other content, you permit its storage, processing, display and transmission as needed to provide the feature you use and administer the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your work.

Other people’s avatars, artwork, worlds, names and software may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Their availability here does not grant permission to reuse them elsewhere. Contact Support with a rights concern and enough detail to identify the material and your concern.

Community Landing Pages and Delegated Editors

Community owners may customize their landing pages using the content, media and publishing controls Gravity Realms makes available. This permission applies only to their community and does not grant ownership of Gravity Realms branding, platform layouts, software, accounts or other communities. Do not bypass protected page elements, access controls or publishing permissions, or imply that community content is an official Gravity Realms statement or endorsement.

Owners are responsible for content they publish and for editing or publishing access they delegate. Editors are responsible for their own authorized actions. Keep permissions appropriate, remove access when it is no longer needed, and review drafts before publication. Do not share account credentials. A page editor cannot change community admission, world permissions, billing or platform policies through page content.

Only upload text, images, logos and other materials you have the rights and permissions to use for their intended publication. You retain your rights in that material and grant the limited permission described under Your Contributions for hosting, processing, resizing, displaying and administering your page. This does not transfer ownership of your content or grant you rights in another creator’s work.

Nova can assist with page content. You must review its output for accuracy, suitability, privacy and rights before publishing; AI assistance is not legal clearance, platform approval or a guarantee of originality or accuracy. Existing AI usage charges and account controls apply where displayed. Editing a draft does not itself publish it. Publication follows the page’s current community access settings; authorized visitors may copy or share what they can see, and previously public material may remain in external caches.

Community descriptions, links and promotional claims must be truthful and comply with our Code of Conduct. Clearly identify applicable sponsorships, affiliate relationships or other material commercial connections. External links do not authorize prohibited content, deceptive promotions, collection of platform credentials or circumvention of platform rules. Community rules may add stricter requirements but cannot replace or contradict Gravity Realms policies or promise actions on behalf of Gravity Realms.

Gravity Realms may restrict page editing or publishing, unpublish or remove page content, or suspend community privileges under its moderation rules. Page availability does not mean that Gravity Realms has reviewed or endorsed the content. Report concerns through Support; requests for review follow the existing moderation process. Saved drafts and version history support editing and administration but are not a promise of permanent archival storage.

Moderation and Access

Authorized staff may review reports and relevant service records, monitor live rooms, remove content or restrict access to address misconduct, security concerns or violations of these rules. Community permissions and platform controls determine who can take these actions. Contact Support if you believe an action was mistaken.

Worlds and External Services

World portals and links may open independently operated websites or communities. Their rules and information practices may differ. Optional services, including Google sign-in, are also subject to their providers’ terms. We cannot control content or conduct on independently operated services.

Availability and Changes

Gravity Realms continues to develop. Features and worlds may change, and interruptions or errors can occur. Availability, uninterrupted access and preservation of every contribution are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of creations you need to preserve. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Leaving and Information Requests

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact Support for help with account closure or information requests. Removing content from the active service may not remove recipients’ copies, emails, backups or records retained separately. The Privacy Policy explains the current handling of these records.

Updates and Contact

Changes to these terms will appear on this page with an updated effective date. These terms do not claim that earlier activity accepted newly published provisions. For questions, reports or assistance, email support@GravityRealms.com.
